03 – Objective
Purpose of the event is to conduct an activity that would foster a spirit of good fellowship and true sportsmanship within the EXSAS members.
04 – Eligibility and team registered
Open to all registered EXSAS Member only who have paid a minimum of RM50 for membership fee. Non-member who is interested to participate has to register with the abovementioned minimum fees.
One day team event consist of 10 players in a team.
Only official entry form shall be use for this event.
05 – Team’s captain authority and responsibilities
Team captain is responsible for the eligibility, conduct and attendance of his team.
06 – Team line-up
Arrangement of players will be determined by the team captain. Any changes shall be notified to the event committee one day before the event start
07 – Fees and mode of payment
Fee is amounted to RM250 per team

Payments made through ‘cash deposit’ machine have to be verified with the ATM-slip before or on the event day and please call the person in-charge for verification. The committee is not liable for any loss from the ATM transaction.

08 – Format of Game
A team may consist of a maximum of 10 players. Only players listed in the official registration form are entitled to participate in the tournament.
Teams will be divided into 2 groups
1st and 2nd place of a group will be qualified for semi-final
The duration of the match will be 7 minutes per game each half and 1 minute interval.
Substitutions are unlimited. Rolling substitutions are allowed throughout the tournament.
A player may enter or out of the game at any time.
In the knock out stage, if the score is still tied after the end of regulation time, penalties will be played, where 3 penalty kicks for each team will be awarded. If the score is still tied after the penalties, the sudden death penalty kick will apply
Tie-Break Rule: the earliest time of the first goal being scored by any teams in any games played within a group will be used as the ultimate decider in the case of identical ties for ranking purposes

10 - Disability, injury or emergencies
When a player is unable to complete a game because of disability or emergency or injury during the event, the team of which he is a member shall be replaced by the other registered team member.
The committee will not be responsible of any injury during the event day.
11 - Event committee member
The event committee shall decide on any dispute and it is within its power to discipline any members violating any provisions of these rules and regulations or the conduct derogatory to the best interest of this event. The committee shall have the full authority to expel any team or player for good and sufficient reason.
12 - Any other matters not provided for
In the event of any dispute not covered by these rules, the matter will be referred to the Event Committee whose decision shall be final.
